Stressless Tests® is pleased to announce that classes for High School students and young adults will be offered in Mountain Maryland beginning in September, 2010.
The Stressless Tests® Method help students
Identify their dominant, brain-determined, learning style
Discover how their learning style affects test-taking, focusing, subject-matter challenges, procrastination, organization, and more
Learn proven techniques and strategies to enhance learning style, engage more of their brain’s capabilities, build confidence, and improve performance
Incorporate new concrete behavior and skills into their everyday work, taking action to boost their academic standing
The High School Study Skills Course helps students increase their understanding of how they learn best and develop time-tested skills to improve academic performance. Many students do well in class but lack this systematic approach that helps them develop self-confidence and testing skills.
For students who suffer from Test Anxiety, (i.e. they know the material but freeze when it comes to tests), this course has proven extremely effective.

What's My Style? Test and Study Secrets for Procrastinating Teens An Owner's Manual for Your Brain
This new book, authored by Betty Caldwell and designed with teens for teens, is now the text book for all classes. With original commissioned cartoons, activities, and stories drawn from the classroom, this will be a lasting resource for students and parents. Students will recognize their own learning style and learn how to build on it for greater success.
Who Will Benefit From Taking This Class:
This course helps students adapt to the increased rigors of high school and college, and supports students to be prepared for both classroom studies and the many forms of standardized testing. Students will learn to reduce their stress, improve their self-confidence, and improve their classroom performance. This skills-based approach helps students move to the next level of competency, whether they are struggling or are taking advanced level classes.
